Governance: consent, retention, stable org/session/team IDs, and the audit trail now live in the Admin tab. Exports are locked until consent is recorded and carry the org, session, and team IDs. This remains a local-only tool: a production deployment still needs server-side storage, real authentication, and tamper-evident logging.
