A first team reading for organizations that need clarity.
DIAL — the Dual Integrity Assessment Lab — helps a team compile individual responses into a shared Team Story: where weight is concentrating, what the team is signaling, and what repair conversation should come next.
What it is
DIAL Community Edition is a free and sponsored-access leadership reflection and team-conversation tool. It is part of the broader Load-Bearing Leadership System™, a structural framework that examines the relationship between personal formation and organizational structure.
How it works
- Complete DIAL. Each team member completes an individual reading and exports their results privately.
- Compile results. A supervisor or facilitator uploads the files and confirms the correct team mapping.
- Generate the Team Story. The app produces a structured report showing formation, structure, gap patterns, and the top repair signals.
- Choose one repair. The team leaves with a practical ninety-day focus instead of vague inspiration.
What it looks at
The reading is built around the core concepts of the framework: Formation Integrity and Structural Integrity, the Integrity Gap between them, the Four Leadership Lanes of Truth, Power, People, and Standards, and the Structural Gates where pressure tends to reveal hidden weakness before visible failure.
Built for your context
DIAL Community speaks in the language of the body using it. Choose the edition that fits:
- For churches — congregations, ministries, and the people who staff and lead them, with a word for the concern about spiritual authority.
- For lodges — fraternal lodges and chapters across seven bodies, and the officers who carry them.
- For organizations — boards, nonprofits, teams, and companies carrying weight together.
Two ways to use it
- Free self-serve. Open the app, choose your edition, and complete a reading at no cost. Nothing is required to begin.
- Sponsored cohort (donor-funded). For teams that want a guided debrief, Global Mission Support sponsors cohorts that include a team-level assessment, a facilitated conversation, and a ninety-day repair focus — commissioned by the organization’s own leadership, never deployed as a hidden survey against them.

Facilitator tools
Once a team has a reading, free printable companion tools help turn it into a repair conversation: a thirty-minute quick start, a team discussion guide, a 30-day repair plan, and a worksheet for each Structural Gate. Browse the facilitator resources & downloads →
Common questions
Is this a test of our people?
No. It reads the structure a team is working through, not the worth of the people in it. The output is a shared conversation starter, not a verdict.
Where does our data go?
The assessment processes data locally in your browser; the reading itself is not sent to a server. Consent is recorded before any export, and individual scores are withheld from the shared Team Story below a minimum group size. See our Privacy Policy.
Is it validated?
Not yet, and we will not claim otherwise. It is a structured self-assessment that gives a directional reading. Building the proof before claiming it is part of how the work is done.
What does it cost?
The self-serve assessment is free. Sponsored cohorts with a guided debrief are donor-funded so that cost is not the barrier for mission-driven teams.
