What this covers
This policy covers gmscharity.org, the DIAL Community Edition assessment, and information shared with us through sponsored cohorts and sign-up forms.
The DIAL Community assessment
- Local processing. The assessment stores and processes your responses in your own browser or device. The reading itself is not transmitted to a server by the app.
- Consent before export. When results are compiled into a Team Story, consent is recorded first, and the facilitator confirms it.
- Anonymity floor. Individual scores are withheld from the shared Team Story below a minimum group size, and free-text responses appear only in a private supervisor view.
- Retention. Locally stored data is removed when you clear it, use the clear control, or when the retention window passes.
Sign-up and “Deeper Look” requests
If you choose to unlock additional content or receive updates, we collect the email address you provide and basic context about your request in order to deliver the resource and any updates you opt into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages or by contacting us. These sign-up messages are sent through our own website’s email system rather than a third-party marketing platform, and we store the email address and the context of your request only until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Sponsored cohort information
When an organization participates in a sponsored cohort, we handle the information needed to run the program and produce a team-level reading. Any aggregate learning is anonymized and consent-based, and is never sold or used for commercial purposes. See Governance & Financials for the data-sharing rule.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the DIAL Community assessment runs locally in your browser without sending your responses to a server. Any analytics we use are limited to general, aggregate site usage.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of communications. Contact info@gmscharity.org.
