The Leadership Access Fund
The Leadership Access Fund is how Global Mission Support provides donor-funded community leadership access: sponsored DIAL Community cohorts, scholarships, translated resources, and guided debriefs for organizations that need help but cannot carry the cost alone.
The Founding 20
The Fund begins with a circle of charter supporters — the Founding 20 — leadership partners who give $5,000 a year to make the first program year possible, toward a Year-One base target of $100,000. The Founding 20 are recognized as the charter supporters who launched the Fund.

What your gift funds
In the first year, the Fund sponsors four community prototype cohorts — charitable leadership and stewardship programming — at roughly $200–$500 in direct cost each, alongside scholarships, translated tools, and guided debriefs. Every charitable dollar is restricted to charitable programs, accounted for separately, and reported back through cohort updates and participant impact reports.
